Our continued and consistent growth has created the need for a hands on Shift Supervisor to lead the production team.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and control and safe working practices with supervisors and team leaders in their respective departments.
  • Scheduling, co-ordinating and leading production and maintenance staff to meet customer delivery requirements across various production lines
  • Enforcement of the key Quality Control steps required by the production team to meet our strict Quality Assurance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills with the production manager along with staff from various cultural backgrounds that are both English and non-English speaking.
  • Dynamic problem solving and decisiveness when working with production teams to adapt short notice demand and supply changes.

Skills and experience required:

  • Demonstrated production leadership experience in a fast paced similar industry.
  • Well-developed relationship building, communication skills and ability to engage at all levels of the organisation.
  • An eye for detail and process improvement mindset, you will be able to spot growth opportunities and proactively manage risks
  • The ability to identify or solve problems in a time-pressured environment and reorganise work plans to manage conflicting priorities
  • The willingness to be hands on and lead by example with you team.
  • A strong focus on Safety, Quality Assurance and environmental standards
  • There are no strict educational prerequisites, nor any mandatory qualifications required.
  • Experience in a high standard GMP environment (Food or Pharmaceutical) is not essential but would be beneficial.

We are looking for an experienced R&D Chemist to join our team.

You will manage, develop and support the implementation of products from initial concept through to full scale production by formulating new products and producing laboratory scale batches through to first delivery of finished products.  This includes market reviews, investigating technology developments, concept development, and new product development.

Skills and experience required:

  • Tertiary qualifications
  • At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Background in a manufacturing company, preferably food or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Must be flexible, creative, honest and hardworking and self-sufficient.
  • Have good people skills with a friendly approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written and oral skills

We are looking for experienced forklift operators to be responsible for the day to day forklift movements of the operation.  You will be able to work in a fast paced environment and work as part of a team.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Safely load and upload trucks and store goods into racking
  • Data entry into MRP system
  • Storage, labelling, maintaining stock and stock taking as required.
  • Wrapping of finished goods or delivered stock

Skills and experience required:

  • A valid National Licence to Perform High Risk Work
  • Three (3) years’ experience with high reach forklifts
  • Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
  • Can-do-attitude
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts

  • Working on production and filling lines
  • Assisting in the loading and set up of production lines components
  • Set up for product filling/packaging and shrink-wrapping
  • Performing in-process inspection to assure required quality (eg. product weight, leakage, cap torque etc).
  • Palletising products and labelling.
  • Maintain a clean work environment, equipment cleaning and good housekeeping standards
  • Ensure the correct Personal Protective Equipment is worn & used at all times
  • Adhere to and support company policies and practices.
